Rules of Play

Please review our House Rules before visiting for a safe play time!

  • No smoking is allowed on the premises.
  • Please do not bring food in from outside.
  • All adults must be accompanied by a child.
  • All notices, regulations and evacuation procedures are to be observed.
  • No one under 16 years old is allowed, unless accompanied by an adult.
  • Age restrictions are enforced in Joey’s Jump Zone – the Toddler Play Area – for the safety of all children.
  • No food, drinks or treats are permitted in the play areas. Chewing gum is also not allowed on the premises.
  • If you are dropping off a child for a workshop, you must complete a Registration Form for the child before leaving the premises.
  • Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times and must not be left on the premises unattended.
  • We ask that everyone sign a waiver before they play. For your convenience, please download and fill out the waiver before you visit.
  • Jump-n-Jack’s Inflatable Fun & Party Center does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought on the premises.
  • Children remain the responsibility of Parents/Guardians at all times and must be supervised. Our bounce staff monitors the equipment but is not responsible for supervising children.
  • For the safety of the children, use of cameras, video equipment or mobile phone cameras to record children other than yours is strictly prohibited in the general play area. However, cameras can be used in the party rooms, and the individual recording must be a member or guest of the host party.
  • Jump-n-Jack’s Inflatable Fun & Party Center reserves the right to refuse admission at any time and to ask any person or persons to leave at its sole discretion and without warning or reason. Disruptive behavior and bullying is not tolerated.
  • Children who are not well must not use the facilities. If a child is sick while at Jump-n-Jack’s, they will need to leave the premises, and not risk infecting other children.
  • Shoes must be removed before playing at Jump-n-Jack’s, but socks must be kept on for hygiene purposes. Pens, buckles, jewelry, watches, money, sharp objects or any objects that may be a hazard must not be taken into the play area, even in pockets.
  • Jump-n-Jack’s has worked very hard to design a safe and fun environment for children to play, but cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries that may occur as a result of playing on any equipment. Jump-n-Jack’s is not responsible for children tripping, falling and bumping into other children or fixed objects.
  • As Jump-n-Jack’s caters to children under the ages of 12 years, some slides, games or classes may be developmentally advanced for your child. Parental guidance is therefore strongly encouraged and recommended.

Thank you for your cooperation.
